Linwood Motel

Shity attitudes, kept the 20.00 deposit bc of a spill.. I hope people stop coming here so they can learn how bad their place is... there was other people hair everywhere and the shower still nasty from previous people taking showers... Soda was already spilt yet .. I'm not able to get my deposit back

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. They have fridge and microwave unlike my previous hotel. It’s quiet and peaceful and parking lot is well lit. My last hotel was dark and scary and my tire was slashed. So here at Linwood I feel safer. I’m staying a week for sure snd probably longer. Very satisfied and comfortable here.

We were charged $70.00 instead of $59.99 plus 8% tax. The man said we were charged extra for 2 beds and because we used a credit card. He refused to cancel our reservation or give a refund. We were then placed in a SMOKING ROOM. He did move us to the room next door which still smelled like smoke but was better. Our room was supposed to be 2 queens but we have 2 full beds. The room is disgusting. Please see pictures. He is currently not answering the phone. We booked through Agoda which did not have operators available, email was returned undeliverable, and no live chat.

The room we got at first smelled like cigarettes SO BAD, and it wasn't very clean either... I will add that my husband didn't request a non-smoking room when he booked it. I went back to the front to ask for a different room. They had no problem switching it to a non-smoking one. The second room was much better. It was clean and smelled good! The people who helped me were nice also.

This is the nastiest hotel ive ever stayed in the first night I walked in there was a roach then there was pee stain on the selling then the room smelled like cigarettes and then we have cobwebs on the chairs tops everything off they are the rudest people ever they hang up on me when I was trying to talk to them didn't come see if we need anything had no TV guide no way to contact the office for anything so I have pictures to
