LuLu Silver City

It has a wonderful staff, very joyful and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and fill your needs for a couple of days. My only complaint about them is that the hair dryer lights can't be turned off at night and that the sheets are too thin for my liking. The location is alright, it's quiet but nothing special. I would absolutely come back again!

I’ve stayed at Lulu before and loved it. Unfortunately not so this time. Checking took forever, the people in front of us were using multiple cards for multiple Rooms. No problem, we waited. The sprung a $150 incidentals charge on us but okay. Today I check my CC and we have been charged $350 TWICE. So there is $700 on my card for a $201.80 hotel room. The same person is at th front desk and told me to call my bank. She will take 0 responsibility for it. This hotel is not worth that kind of price nor this kind of hassle.

very unique budget friendly somewhat rennovated older property. A good value for a brief or extended stay. Staff really upbeat and welcoming. Great location.

The place was FILTHY! They checked me into a room right next door to a mentally disabled person living there long term. (When half the hotel was empty). They say 24 hour security but that's BS. I had to call the Silver City Police. Spent hours trying to sleep in my car. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they told me they had sent in my request for a refund to 'corporate'. Platitudes. NOTHING came out of it. Every bit a lie as their '24 hour security '. If you like being kept up all night by a mentally ill patient banging their heads into the wall, filthy tables, filthy sheets (urine soaked) filthy room, then THIS IS the place for you! (STILL waiting for my refund!)

Very nice and clean rooms. Old fashion Motel remodeled retro. Family friendly and continental breakfast served. Also won't break your wallet.
