Lull-Abi Inn

So I am unsure on where to start. I will say that the location was excellent! The lady that we dealt with was also very nice. Now to the rest….. the lady called me 1:23 pm and said that if we weren’t there soon she would leave a key and then I said oh, I thought that we couldn’t get there until 3 and she said your room is ready. We were in Fish Creek just finishing up so we went right away to get our room. Prior to us going my daughter looked up reviews on the room and we were afraid because a few people said they had bugs everywhere and someone else said they had bed bugs. This was not the case. At no point did we see anything but a single spider on the ceiling. When we got there the lady informed us that she just got back from our room and turned on the heat for us. I thought that was a

We stayed in the Lull-Abi Inn - Sunrise King Suite for 2 nights. The property is lovely, the hosts were kind. The bed is amazingly comfortable! I do want to share the disappointment that the suite looked nothing like the photos on their website. The reason we booked the higher priced room was for the recliner, the large living room, and the chair in the bedroom. This room contained none of those things. The bedroom was also VERY dark. One tiny lamp on one side of the bed. We had to move our suitcases near the bathroom to see inside. We would still stay here again for the comfort, cleanliness, nice bathroom, and kind staff. But I would ask more questions about the room first.

Positive: The location was great, along the main road in Egg Harbor within easy walking distance of stores and restaurants. The room itself was very basic but clean and comfortable, and included a small fridge and microwave. The small balcony was nice. Negative: Personally I liked the hotel. It was a little older and had no breakfast or pool or particular amenities, if anyone is looking for those things.

Good location. Good price for what you are offered. Bathrooms are large but the bedroom itself is small. The mattress needs replaced. The general curb appeal of the inn is - it needs some polish. Dirty lawn furniture, and dead plants in flower pots everywhere. We only stayed one night.

Service was helpful. Location is great. Unfortunately, the linens and towels had bright brown stains :/ Window didn’t shut and our King suite was located right next to a walking path so we heard people talking throughout the night.
