Loyalty Inn Tallahassee

I would like to start off by saying that the place looks abandoned and could use a major cleaning and improvement. The room stinks and legit didn't feel safe in the area. I don't like the fact they have to take your card or phone physically just so you can make a transaction. It was so bad that I had to cancel the booking and look for another hotel. Please make improvements and look at these reviews for feedback.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT stay at this hotel if I can be called that. The room was ruined and electrics showing. Tv off the wall with no remote. Lights not working. Awful beds not clean. Noise all night long. Dirty bathroom, no air con/heater unit. Wouldn’t work anyway if it was there. Bullet hole in the door. Prison would be a pleasant stay compared to there. An experience which isn’t for the weak. SAVE YOURSELF NOW!!!

I love how safe it feels to be here frfr the staff members really protect you and give you the best service possible. The rooms are fine and their in the process of remodeling the place it’s very spacious and accommodating and clean as it comes. It’s not a five star hotel but you get five star quality treatment. That’s what I appreciate and everything that they’re doing is great. They’re working hard to make it better. That is why I say I would invest into them and stay again at this nice hotel.

One Star – Unclean and Poorly Maintained This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was in very poor condition: the bathtub was peeling and stained, the walls had unfinished patches, the furniture was chipped, and several fixtures were broken or loosely installed. Even the bathroom vent was exposed with wires hanging out, which felt unsafe. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The bedding and pillows smelled strongly of body odor, and the entire room had an unpleasant odor. On top of that, you could clearly smell drugs being smoked in and around the property, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work, and overall the room felt neglected and not cared for. For the price being charged, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness is completely unac

Reserved a room and I called few days ahead to make sure things was good and they tell me no we are sold out nothing they can do somewhat the point to reserve.
