Our stay at Love Ridge Mountain Lodging couldn’t have been more perfect! Meadow Mountain cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed to unplug for several days, leaving the stresses of everyday life behind. We appreciated the open communication from the time we made our reservation until the day we checked out. It wasn’t too much or too little but just right. The owners obviously care about their guests and want to ensure a pleasant experience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and watch the pileated woodpeckers fly about. Claim a zero day – piece together a puzzle from the game shed, read, or just sit and enjoy the stillness! We were there with our daughter, our son-in-law and two grandchildren. Each family (or couple, in our case!) had a separate cabin. What I love is the quiet: both day and night, and we were there on a festive New Year’s Eve! The cabins have everything we need and are sparking clean and well designed. Close proximity to good hiking trails is just what we love! Highly recommended for couples, friends, family groups small and large.

This place is absolutely amazing. The area, the cabins, the employees…. Everything is top notch! A++ If we had a question, or needed anything, they were right on top of it. We even ended up adding an extra day to our trip. We highly recommend, and cannot to book a second trip there!! I’m missing the deck and jacuzzi and my wife misses Chester the camp cat already hahaha.

We had the best experience camping here with our pup this November and let me say, what a wonderful, beautiful campground! We tent-camped and the site was spacious, nicely equipped, well maintained, and tucked up in the woods for very peaceful days. The facilities were immaculate- the bathrooms and camp kitchen were very clean, updated, and stocked with anything someone could need or may have forgotten- they were honestly next level, and we felt very cared for. The details and extras were noticed and very appreciated. We loved hiking the trails at the campground, and then enjoyed adventuring down the blue ridge parkway for more trails and stunning views- which was just around the corner. The staff is so friendly, helpful and accommodating! 12/10, will definitely stay here again and highly

Super close to wintergreen resort. Extra large house with tons of space! Very clean and very comfortable. Loved the gas fireplace. Wish we had more time to enjoy the hottub on back deck, it was definitely steamy and warm. We did not cook a full meal, but had more than enough kitchenware to reheat leftovers, have breakfast, coffee and hot chocolate. Very quiet location, great for birdwatching and relaxing. And the communication and instructions were very thorough.
