We’ve stayed at Pelham on Main a few times now, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location, just a short drive to West Dennis Beach, which makes it super convenient if you want to spend time by the ocean. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The property itself has a nice charm with its landscaping, and the pool is a great spot to unwind after the beach. What we also love is that there are plenty of breakfast spots and restaurants nearby, so you never run out of choices for good food. Every time we’ve been here, the place has been spotless and well maintained. It’s the kind of place that feels welcoming and reliable, you know you’ll have a good stay. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Positive: Nice renovation, nice pool area, traffic noise not an issue. Great towels. Good TV-xfinity. Negative: The beds were kind of high. I'm 5'6" and a large woman so a bit of a struggle to get into bed. There's only 1 chair in the room and it was a double bed room. There's no freezer in fridge. Coffee maker is keurig. FYI.

Simply just a road side motel that has the name Pelham in it so the wedding guests of the real resort on the beach can get the overflow guests.||I have never before had a hotel tell me which room I must stay in( 6 months in advance) I asked for a king size bed and I was told I have to contact the bride to see if I could change to another room even though a king room was available. The reservation person was rude and had a take it or leave it attitude.||I felt taken advantage of with the price of the motel room, appropriately $450 per night for a roadside motel room. ||The owners of Pelham without a doubt way over charge the guests of the bride and groom. |You can get a nicer place to stay in the town and it is just a quick drive to the main hotel for a wedding

This place is basically lipstick on a pig. Yes, it’s been “renovated,” but underneath it’s still just a cheap motel. The walls and ceilings are paper thin—you hear every footstep and noise all night from people above you. Customer service is practically nonexistent. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t check into my room yet—but unbelievably, they wouldn’t even let me use the restroom in the lobby. Their solution? “Walk to Dunkin’ Donuts.” At night. There are no staff on site. You have to call a cell phone number and hope someone answers, which often they don’t. For the rates they’re charging, this is unacceptable. If you’re considering staying here, know what you’re really getting. It looks nicer in photos, but the experience is closer to a budget roadside motel with minimal service a

wow! what an amazing place. the rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and nautical decor. there are so many amenities as well - with a large heated pool, a fire pit, and a complementary shuttle to their sister property, pelham house resort! the resort has an amazing beach, with chairs, umbrellas, and towels! i’d give this place six stars if i could!
