Rooms were clean in and nice however the service was practically none. We asked for towels 3 times and were told every time that we’d get them and never did. The parking lot is so small and the area is sketchy don’t leave your doors unlocked here. We stayed Tuesday-Friday and the Friday night into Saturday was so expensive it was double the price of the first 3 nights. Took our bill from ~$150 to almost $300. If you want something cheap(ish) this place is fine but be prepared to continue asking for service repeatedly.

We had a pleasant stay at this conveniently located hotel. Like other people have mentioned, the room was a little worn, but clean. We stayed on the 2nd floor, double beds ( very comfortable! ) with one bathroom. Our room was a nice size, the air conditioning worked well. |The Bike path is right around the corner, the beach is close by , lots of restaurants & ice cream places to choose from. |The outdoor pool was a pleasant surprise, it was also very clean, the towels were on site , lots of seating if you don't like to swim, there's a table with an umbrella for shade , if you don't want to be in the sun. |The Staff were all really nice. |There is ample parking, we have an SUV with a bike rack, we didn't have any problems parking, our bikes were safe.|I would definitely recommend this h

Great budget option for Cape Cod. Rooms are more than adequate. The location is remarkably convenient; straight shot to local beaches/ports, dining, and shops(5-15 minutes away). There is a beautifully kept, very clean, small pool for those last few hot days. This is a family business, and they are conscientious and extremely pleasant to deal with. Stayed last night, and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate me. His son works during the day. Great smile, very friendly and helpful. Standard check in/out with small covenience snacks and water/drinks for sale in the office.

Owner was extremely nice. Rooms were clean and the experience was fantastic. Our car died outside and they even took the time to help jump it. 5 stars.
