The waterfront bar at the Lighthouse Inn is absolute perfection! You can’t beat the setting—right on the water with sweeping views of Nantucket Sound, the salty breeze in the air, and the most spectacular Cape Cod sunsets as your backdrop. It’s the kind of spot that instantly makes you slow down and soak it all in. What truly makes the experience unforgettable, though, is Michelle. She’s everything you could want in a bartender—warm, welcoming, and so much fun to chat with. Her energy and personality make everyone feel like a regular, and she has a gift for remembering people’s favorites and making excellent recommendations. My family has used the Lighthouse Inn for a family reunion several times. Each time the food, service and accommodations have been excellent. On our most recent stay I lost a money clip with several hundred dollars. Given its anonymous status I had little hope of recovery but told the front desk. To my surprise, they found it and returned it. Thank you so much for a great stay and renewing my belief that there are still good people out there.

Don't book towards the end of their season. The Weddings they host take priority over guests. For evening dining, you are relegated to a dingy basement without the stunning views of the primary dining area. Hosts and waiting crew are ready to be done for the year and are not motivated. Food was not great. All in all, I've stayed here twice before, and would consider coming back if changes are made but not worth the $1500 for 3 nights given the current service.

4.5 rounded up. Our guests enjoyed a beachside cocktail hour and private sunset dinner at this charming spot on Cape Cod. The reservations and service teams were responsive and thorough, and our guests appreciated the large dinner portions and the gorgeous views. Parking was limited as we got toward the dinner hour, and the space could use AC for those warmer days, but we were grateful for the accessibility of the space and overall positive experience. We can't wait to return for an overnight stay and s'mores on the beach!

I stayed at the Lighthouse Inn for a Wedding this September. I spent the weekend photographing the bride and groom and the rest of the wedding party on a disposable camera, with which I planned to develop the film to make a memory book for the newlyweds. Upon departure, I left the camera in my room and was devastated, thinking I had lost it. Fortunately, the staff at Lighthouse Inn is top notch. I spoke to Grace on the phone, who consulted housekeeping and located the camera. Bill packed the camera safely in a box and shipped it back to me at my home address. The staff at lighthouse demonstrates the highest level of customer service! Terrific team and wonderful place to stay.
