Los Sueños Waterfront Resort and Marina

My husband and I stayed here for almost three months. This place is wonderful. Nick, is nothing short of AWESOMENESS. Very helpful, keeps the property marvelous, and works very hard. The apartment we stayed in was VERY clean from the moment we opened the door. The bed was very comfortable, wi-fi works with no problems, and every cable channel you could possibly ever need. The pool is always clean, and very very well maintained. There is also a place to sit outside by the water, yes it's covered,and there is a grill for use. My husband and I travel so much, and have never felt more welcomed then we did here. Outstanding place. Nick goes above and beyond for the guest. The whole property is gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. Thank you so much Nick for making us feel welcomed. Best place to stay

Me and my little family have been here since Wed and due to check out in a day. I wish they had another opening because I would definetly rebook for a longer stay. Located in a nice area and close to everything. We love being on the water and admiring all the beautiful boats. Lovely! Apartment is clean and fresh. I have nothing negative to say!

Great little hotel situated in a quiet residential area. Serene marina view.Away from the hustle and bustle. Shops,bars, restaurants are all in walking distance.||On arrival the room was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.Well maintain pool.|| Clean towels were provided everyday once you asked the manager.The manager Mick was fantastic very helpful .He took me to the local bar.Excellent hostess.My only down side I had to do my cleaning for 10 days because the cleaner was away. A cleaner was provided two days before I left. So I was a bit piss as I was charged in my booking $50 extra for cleaning . Overall superb cool quiet place .

Most amazing, relaxing and beautiful place ive ever stayed. Spatious and clean. Awesome view; patio overlooking the pool and ocean. Super generous staff, accomodating and friendly.

The owners, Ed & Ona de Chant, are awesome. They are always around if they are in town and host wonderful group BBQ potluck dinners. The atmosphere is tranquil as you are not on a main road but rather the cul de sac of one of Fort Lauderdale's canals. Very pretty and there is a beautiful pool that is very well maintained. Our unit had full kitchen and there is access to BBQ grill by the pool.||||This is great for both short or long term stay and very close to many restaurants and supermarket (10 min. walk). Beach is less than a mile away. Bicycles are available to use freely too! You feel like a member of the neighborhood rather than on a hotel strip.
