Long Point Resort

Great fishing, very well maintained ice roads, very friendly gentleman at the office, they pointed us in the right direction and told us what jig they were biting on. didn’t stay in their houses.

I stayed in a two bedroom cabin. Comfy beds, full kitchen, great living room with a nice TV and great couches for relaxing. The location at Lake of the Woods is perfect.

Best weekend in along time. Visited Long Point Resort with 3 friends on a sober fishing retreat. Our cabin fit us 4 comfortably and was up to any fisherman's standards. The grounds were kept beautiful and the service was better then any resort I have ever stayed at. Fishing was amazing and if you needed direction on where to go the owner knew all the daily updates. Our party caught enough fish to invite friends up to enjoy the catch. In our down time we made the 30 minute trip to Seven Clans Casino for some fun gambling. Cabin at Long Point Resort was $80 per person, per night and worth every penny. I would recommend Long Point Resort to any one of all ages. Got the owner and dog to pose with us for the photo.

I rented a couple of different 8 hole icehouses for over 2 days to accommodate my daughter and my 5 grandchildren. The team at Long Point Resort worked hard and are very friendly and helpful. We all had a fun time and caught some nice fish. I didn't rank the rooms since we have a home in the bay.

Great location on LoW. 20 dollars to launch your boat and park for the day. Fish cleaning station is large, clean, and maintained. Bathrooms available. We only launched, so can not rate the service or rooms. Grounds are well maintained. The single launch is narrow. The water level in the marina was about 3 feet, so watch your trim.
