Very affordable, mostly quiet except for the train that runs along the property. Nice people to deal with and very helpful. Not a fancy resort but your not paying that resort price.

It's a very nice place to live as long as you don't mind the train every 5 minutes lol

It is smack between very active train tracks and the interstate. It took a while to get used to all the road noise and the train whistle. Other than that the facilities are super clean. The showers are nice with plenty of hot water. The washing machine and dryers are well maintained. The building has automatic locks and you are given a key which I think is a nice safety feature.

It was a great place to stay, but the website is not very good. Didn’t get much information. I had a call before I could rent out a lot. Can you update the website otherwise, the place was nice to stay at Andrews were nice. Bathrooms were clean so you have a nice hook ups and no issues.
