American Inn & Suites Russellville

Booked a room on Booking. . com. When we arrived, they refused to honor the rate and quoted us 30.00 more than the reservation rate. We left and Booking. . com. refunded our money.

Room was dirty. Used wet washcloth behind the bathroom door. Spilled coffee by the sink, paper trash in the drawer, refrigerator was either broken or not turned on. Bed was very hard and not comfortable.

Wonderful staff, don't have pets 🤣. Very friendly ended up staying here twice, very clean and cool. All the amenities were wonderful and everything included with the room such as the microwave fridge ect were very clean. 10/10 will stay here again if we come through

Lovely customer service! Very clean room including the floor! Thank You housekeeping! I really liked the colors/fabrics in the room. They service pretty much all of your needs with having the usual big TV, fridge and microwave but also little coffee maker, iron and board, and hair dryer. Only downside are the beds are double not queen. But I still recommend staying here! Close to gas station and eating and I40.

If I could negative stars this place would get that rating. So the sheets were stained with black spots all over. The window was broken in our room. When I told the manager he said the window was double paned lol. He gave me a key to check another room it was just as dirty as the first one. I asked for a refund he cursed and said I would have to go through Expedia to get it. So I did then he comes out still cursing and hollering across the parking lot. I could not understand him while i was putting our things back in our car. Go anywhere but here it, this place is disgusting and nasty.
