Holiday Inn Express & Suites Russellville by IHG

Very nice hotel. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The dinner place, Old South Restaurant, recommended by desk person, Maddie, was very good. The morning desk person, Eddie, was friendly and efficient. Kari, the woman in charge of breakfast was welcoming and proud of her area. As she should be. It was clean and the food presentation was excellent. And yes, the potatoes and cinnamon rolls were excellent! Our room was nice size, clean and very quiet. * The breakfast area has tables that look onto a beautiful green area.

I booked our reservation on the same day through the app — the process was easy and straightforward. Check-in was fast and hassle-free, and check-out was just as smooth using the app.|All the staff we encountered were very pleasant, accommodating, and professional — especially the front desk employees. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was very safe convenient.|Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

I stay in a lot of hotels for work, and the beds here are very comfortable. Large modern rooms. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Located near the intestate and good food options. I highly recommend this hotel.

This Holiday Day Inn Express is hands down the best hotel. Great valve and absolutely the best breakfast. They offer bacon at least 3 times a week, home fries and omelets. The rooms are spacious and very well lit, and you can't beat their friendly staff. I go there a good bit and they are always trying to improve. They just added a fresh brew coffee machine.....and the coffee id GREAT!!

My husband and I have been pleased with the consistency of quality of the Holiday Inn brand over several others. This hotel was a great example of the brand. From the moment we checked in late at night with the young man at the front desk exhibiting friendliness, thoroughness, and professionalism, to the cleanliness of the hotel, to the breakfast and friendliness of the staff upon checkout, we were impressed and very pleased with our stay.
