Lofton Reservoir Campground

The road to Lofton, Hart, and HolbrookRes has a lot of pot holes and gets very narrow at the cut off road to Lofton. Great place for kayak fishing and small boats. When the fish are biting then it’s great fishing,but if they are not the sights and sounds of the lake are awesome. (Birds,fish jumping,ducks quacking,deer and feeding chipmunks water snakes.The new handy cap perch is awesome. It’s a great place to go to get away from the noise in your town, If you don’t have to listen to someone’s radio or dogs barking at everything. People remember you are not the only ones on the road! I’ve almost been hit several times by idiots that can’t seem to figure it out, there is still a left and right side of the road not just the middle or my side!! It’s not your race track!!

Paved road all the way to the campground. RV and travel trailer friendly. $6 per night.

Nice campground, quiet. But not so great of a road up there.

This is a diamond in the rough. Great memories with my dad.
