Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando

Stayed four nights for a business conference. The amenities for the conference itself were great. Good food, coffee, snacks and service staff. Rooms were clean and modern. Beds comfortable. The hotel restaurant cook house was pretty great, albeit slightly expensive compared to close by City Walk options. The water taxi is a huge benefit to this location for access to the Universal parks and City Walk.

I absolutely love this resort! It’s a great moderate if you don’t mind not having Express Passes. It has food options, a Universal Studios store, pool, bar options. The lobby is sooo spacious. The smell is amazing when you walk in! Water taxi is so convenient or a nice stroll to City Walk is an option, too! I can’t wait till my next stay here.

Staff were super friendly and helpful the entire time. Restaurants are great onsite and room service was always hot. Pool area is fantastic for the down days and the little boat ride to city walk makes the experience elevated. I had a 2 queen room and felt a bit cramped with 2 adults 2 kids . Drawer space is very little be prepared to live out of your suit case for anything over 3 days. I found the garbage cans in the room very small and getting the soap out of the dish was super annoying

My husband and I treated our two oldest grandchildren and their parents to five days at the Lowes Sapphire Falls Resort this past week. The rooms were perfect and in a very convenient location in the hotel. The staff was great at the front desk, at the Universal guest desk, the room service providers, the cleaning people. The water taxi to City Walk and the parks was very convenient and there was barely a wait at all. The coffee the hotel serves is very good (often hotel coffee is not) and the food options were excellent We ate several times at the downstairs restaurant Amatista Cookhouse. There was something for the adults and the grandchildren. The hotel was clean and well maintained. My son in law had an issue where his tickets had been stamped twice over at Epic and the Unive
