Lodge of La Mesa

Wow lots of mixed reviews,I have stayed at this hotel many times And many other hotels/motels The management and the rest of the staff do an excellent Job.They are professional .stern but respectable. They deserve respect .there are quite a few folks who live there full time. The price is very fair.I haven't found a better deal anywhere in this area.I will recommend this hotel over any in this area .for sure. It's safe,everyone seems to get along well for the most part. Parking was a bit tight nothing to complian about. I give the lamesa lodge a thumbs up and thanks to everyone who works there for making my stay so pleasant. 5 stars for sure.

Great place and it's for adults only. It is very quiet if that's what you looking for. Near all the restaurants and shopping. This hotel is in a good area. They are taking security seriously. They have to buzz you in or you can use your room to get in. They also wash your laundry for $10, that is not that bad if you wanna enjoy your vacation. Their breakfast bar is good, nothing special but will fill you up.

Staying in this hotel was a gamble, having read the reviews. First of all— we found the front desk clerk, Orlando, to be super friendly, polite and helpful. Secondly, our room was outstanding! Perfectly clean, new grout in the bathroom tiles. , and VERY spacious! A very nice, quiet sleep, as advertised, and comfy beds! I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Room was really clean and comfortable. If you need a dark room to sleep, this is the place to be, the drapes we're excellent. The staff are reserve, and concerned with you following the rules, but we were good with having a quiet stay. The breakfast was very basic (cereal, yogurt, toast, instant oatmeal, fruit, and danishes). They had apple juice, orange juice, milk, coffee and tea. No issues with the room!

My experience here was horrible. What made it so horrible was the two gentlemen in the front office. They were very rude and unpleasant. I spent one night and I could not get a good night's sleep. The hallways at night reeked of marijuana and in the morning as i was leaving my room it smelled like urine and vomit. It was disgusting. I dont know how often they clean their hallways but it made my stomach turn. I wish I could have enjoyed my stay but I did not. I hope none of you have the same experience I did.
