Little Suites Provo Extended Stay

Horrible hotel. The hotel staff don't listen and don't care about any of your concerns. They promise to get back to you (several times) and never do (liars). There are tweakers and junkies everywhere and no one picks up their dog poop. This place is happy to price gouge you and provide no customer service whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

I have been staying at the Little Suits and the front office staff are friendly and patient. The prices are very fair for the monthly pay rate. The room includes basic utilities and WiFi along with Cable TV. It is furnished with a Phone to make local calls or room to room calls. The office does offer a computer in case you need something other then a phone to use the internet. I suggest finding other options because the office computer is SOOOOO SLOW... My room is furnished with a king bed. I had to buy my own sheets and blanket. You have to buy there's after a week if you stay longer then a week. I returned mine to the front so I didn't have to purchase there's. You can hear the freeway all the time even through the night and can keep you up like me through the night. I would suggest ear

So.... this is a no frills extended stay hotel and is primarily meant for people who are going to be here a while. I've been here for 5 months. If you stay longer than 30 days they will not make you leave like other hotels. Instead you become a resident and your rate is adjusted to reflect that. There is no courtyard, pool, or other amenities you might think of in a typical hotel butery room has a servicable kitchenette and full sized refrigerator. The staff is amazing and you are met with a smile each time you "come home". You get a no BS place to lay your head while you're doing/dealing with whatever. Maintenance is on the spot should you need something addressed but everything works. There are laundry facilities on site and they will gladly make change for you. It is quiet, reliabl

The room had some minor ware & tare but nothing bad. It was clean & the bed was comfortable & the secure WiFi signal was great & strong. It's location was great with close freeway access & plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Only reason for 3 star rating was its older, lot of ware & tare & not the best neighborhood... But again was impressed with cleanliness, very nice customer service, kitchenette had clean & relatively new appliances, a decent price especially on short notice. So really no complaints & happy with my stay.
