Little Lake RV Park

In the time I’ve lived here it has been nothing but amazing. The communal bathrooms are always clean and well maintained. Never had an issue with the laundry room, washer and dryers are always taken care of. Management is absolutely wonderful. They’re very diligent in resolving issues (on the rare occasion that there is one). The prices are amazing for all amenities and utilities included. Would absolutely recommend!

Quiet and clean great place and Noone gets in your business

Just a nice quiet neighborhood rv park. Being in the town of New Caney Tx, it safe, seems to be a good rv park.

I lived here 2 yrs. Moved due to work in Feb 2021..moved back March 2023.. I'm still here.. The first manager was good . She passed away over a year ago . The new manager is awesome . It's quiet here..except if your by the road.. the place has always been kept up.. the laundry room and bathroom/shower house is great..neat and clean.. there's mostly older adults here.. the price is fabulous . Includes electric .water .trash..wifi. cable.. the 3 yrs I've lived here .. People are friendly.. mostly keep to themselves.. I think the only way to judge a place is to try it yourself . The manager is on site.. it very safe here . The lots are nice size compared to other places I've been.. it's pet friendly and dogs are kept on leashes.. I refere everyone that asks.. Well to start off it was a very nice place lived there for almost a yr . The neighbors are loud and drink all the time no respect and to top it off the drunk neighbor was so drunk that he cut my son with a knife on several different occasions and stole his wallet with 300 bucks in it law came nothing done about it said both tenants had to move she changed her mine let us stay when rent day came refused our money and kicked us out and let the Loud obnoxious drunks that don't pay there rent half the time that cause all that commotion and get to stay and there all best friends. Management is not supposed to be best friends with there tenants And outside drinking again having a good time .. I do not recommend staying here . I know alot more but will not say . All I can say I warned all
