Best Western Premier Executive Residency Grand Texas Hotel

It is good, not great. The miss: no silverware, no washcloth hanger in the shower, no light over in-room table, terrible in-room coffee, one hand towel, hard to squeeze bottles of bath soap and shampoo for elderly clients, The hit: Comfortable beds, fan control on thermostat, desk with light, bath towel weight, pillows, shower and water pressure, window privacy and light control, mirrors, hair dryer, front desk staff was very helpful and warm. * In-room coffee maker was not sanitized. This should be standard practice as the water is not controlled so anyone can pour whatever they want into the water tank (use your imagination). Would I stay here again: For the price, the room was clean, quiet, and included modern amenities but with nothing offered for breakfast, I can't say that this

Good location cheap price, under staffed.! Close to travel, place is **** they rob u of ur money . Even if it’s paid online .

Fantastic hotel. Had an omelette for breakfast that was a work of art: eggs made a soft shell around perfectly cooked onion, bacon, tomato and melted cheddar. The rooms modern, tasteful, clean, and comfortable. Finally, the staff was extremely friendly. Oh, and the gym: better than any membership gym I have ever seen. Dumbbells up to 100 lbs, Concept 2 rowing machine, and everything in between. I can't believe I could stay here for under $200 a night

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend. It honestly was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. Now the over-all look of the hotel is nice. It is new, and pretty clean so there are no complaints there. However their evening staff is horrendous. We got in pretty late, we were tired from being on the road and the front desk girl was so incredibly rude. She told me that because I had service dogs we had to be on the first floor. Then because there were not any king rooms available that evening on that floor we would have to have 2 doubles instead. I agreed, it was late, I understood if it was hotel policy. However, when she asked for proof for the service dogs, I showed her immediately. She glanced at it and said "I'm not reading that, what size are they?" I answered "They are larg

I think there's mold or something in the room and hotel that negatively affected us. I instantly felt pressure and nausea when I was in the room and it never went away until I left the building. Everything looked relatively clean except some orange mold inside the shower. I wish we could've stayed here longer because it had nice amenities but if you're sensitive to mold or air quality issues, I would skip this location.
