This review is for the laundromat part. It needs a serious renovation. A couple of the machines were not in order and in desperate need of a clean. You can see the buildup of dust and dirt on all the machines as well as the soap buildup. There are soft spots on the floor so be careful while walking otherwise you may be injured. There is a number for the manager to call in case there is a problem, so I'm sure they are aware of the issues. I came here because my usual laundromat was busy and I couldn't wait. I won't return here again, it's just too dirty for me.

I've been coming here for the last five and a half years. Calm, safe and CLEAN with a welcoming atmosphere. The security cameras are always working so it's mostly safe to take a break and step away from your laundry. Not to mention the owner is charming, polite and always looking to put a smile on someone's face..

Ideas the 1485 East RV Park a 5-star rating. Why you ask? Because they keep the place clean and has a washateria they're on the premises. Their prices are great also. It's in a good location to 59 Freeway which can take you anywhere you want to go. The gentleman in the office is very nice and considerate also. Go and stop by and see for yourself. You'll have a nice ride there.

I have met Mr. Jay, the new owner. He seems like a really nice guy. Seems that Scott, the owner who just sold this investment property, 1485 East RV Park and Washateria, was just about whipped into shape but next thing we know Mr. Scott has made like a tree and is leaving. We wish him all the best in what his next endeavor may be. Don't be a stranger Scott, there is always a nice cold drink or a great hot cup of Joe for your enjoyment.
