Little Cabin in the Woods

This place is beautiful. Great location if you want to go hiking or shopping - and even if you just want to sit on the wrap-around porch and admire the beautiful scenery. Enjoyed every second of our stay.

Absolutely the best weekend getaway we've had in a while. A perfect refuge from the stresses of life and a wonderful way to just relax and reconnect as a couple with no distractions. The cabin is clean, well decorated, (not TOO rustic, but just enough), and the property is beautiful. The amount of wildlife is amazing, the deer would get within 50 feet of us and watch us as intently as we watched them. Don't expect to be on your phone the whole time as the signal is weak....take your favorite book, your swimwear and some good tick/chigger repellant for all the explorations you'll do. The hosts are so warm and welcoming and were attentive to anything we asked about. 10/10 would recommend.

Songbirds, deer, chubby squirrels, calm lake, unspoiled forest, and to tie it all together, a cozy little cabin to enjoy it all from :) Loved it, and definitely would recommend!

Beautiful, peaceful on the edge of Beaver Lake. Wildlife area with deer. Wonderful owners.
