Litson Villas

I am in town for work. Got lucky and scored a cabin here pretty much on accident. My experience here has been awesome. If I have a problem. I go talk to whoever is in the office and they get it taken care of pretty quick. There is a very nice lady that comes by and tidies up. Changes the bed linens, new towels, takes out the trash that kind of thing. If your going to visit Kittery and need a place to stay for a while. I recommend you check for a vacancy. My family of 5 stayed in cabin 101 for 2 nights of our 4 night/5 day vacation and we absolutely LOVED it! Had everything we needed. A a cute little covered deck with chairs, pullout sofa, table for 4, kitchen sink, cupboards, a refrigerator, microwave and stand, utensils and pots/pans, a small oven and cook top, bathroom with a sink, toilet and stand up shower, and 2 queen beds with A/C in the bedroom plus a closet for storage! They even have a guest laundry room on site. My kids were begging to stay longer but we already had other reservations at a hotel. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. Other guests are friendly too! I will definitely stay here again. The price is just right and doesn’t drain your bank. Housekeeping is wonderful and the cabin was extremely clean.

Nice little cottage village clean and reasonably priced nice to stay at for vacation not to far from the beach or from the kittery outlet and from historic downtown Portsmouth the property is very well kept inside and out you can tell the in keeper takes pride in how the property looks and cares about the family's and vacationers that stay there really well kept can't say enough nice things about the rooms and how clean they are the bathroom is a little dated but functional I would recommend staying there and enjoying the surroundings

fair rates. clean rooms . year round rentals. laid back . very convenient area . 40 min to Boston. all the outlets up the road a mile or 2 . I really did enjoy staying there.

Excellent value with New England Charm - wonderful staff. Recent renovations. Stayed here many times over the past ten years and have always found it ideal for my needs. Individual cabins with kitchenettes and private bath. Parking and easy access to freeways as well as outlet shopping. Good internet service, too. Looking forward to when I next get back to Kittery / Portsmouth area so I can stay with them again.
