This place has been nothing but good. It has its ups and downs but my family really likes it here. Nice people got officers that patrol good internet. My daughter and I just moved in last week. They moved us in a dirty room. Everything was dirty from the tub, toilet, sinks, bathroom floor , microwave still had dried up food in it, ketchup on the walls, old doggy treats under the bed. Only one fitted sheet on the bed and it was on backwards. The tv was smeared, dust everywhere and bugs all over the floor. I asked them if we could get rent off for the following month and the answer is still under review. How about that? It didn't take them long to take our money and moved us into a knowingly dirty room and we have to wait for an answer?? Its been a week with no answer from management or the owners....nor has anyone cared enough to satisfy us by delivering and coming through. That is poor management. Take care of your tenants. Yes the new owners are money hungry. They kept my deposit and said I didn't give a 30 day notice when I told the front assistant that I wasn't going to be living there for another month. So they decided to keep my money. Then claim I took a shower curtain when I bought my own. They keep going up on rent in this rinky dinky place. The owners suck, even at communicating. They don't give you a chance to talk, they're always talking over you. They need new owners/ managers immediately.

My experience here has been HELL for almost four months since I've been staying here coming into my room since DAY ONE and eating food stealing and wearing my brand NEW shoes face and hair products damaged their on stuff but trying to frame me and like the man said a year ago trying to keep my deposit my 400 dollars smart watch is gone THESE PEOPLE ARE CRAZY I got a camera right by my door but she didntt see NO ONE on there LIES IT'S YOU AND YOUR STAFF MA"MA so these reviews aren't lie about these ppl but I will call whomever I need to call and then place a LAWSUIT since they can't sto on their on let me if GOD can
