J & A Mobile Home Park and Rv Lots

Was warned about the cockroach problem the first day we moved it and by month 3 our RV was INFESTED with the nasty little creatures. Ferrell cats were horrible, always climbing all over everything and crapping where ever, had to dodge many piles on our lot. Was also told that our electrical rate was 18.3 kWh never was offered a meter reading, finally did our own and was charged over 30 kWh and all they wanted to blame it on was our RV, also was promised 2 times for a meter check and never got one, paid till the end of the month and left and they stole my deck that we went back to pick up 3 days after leaving but 20 days left on our paid lease.

This park has new management and it is amazing the things they are doing to make things better. The last manager was very dismissive and did not have residence best in mind. Now the management is AMAZING!! I really couldn’t imagine living somewhere else. This is what it’s supposed to be like as a renter. I’m am so happy because the change makes everything and everyone feel better and cared for. There is not a bad thing to say because it feels more like family now. Awesome owners and awesome neighbors.
