Have been trying to buy a home in the park for 2 months.phones go answered and nobody emails me back or messages me. Not sure why they are ghosting me but its very rude and unprofessional.
Very nice and quiet community. Everyone minds their own business and people are friendly. Lot rent is decent as is garbage and water. Only problem is if you live in the back row during a snow blizzard. The snow drifts get so high nobody can get road plowed.
Just recently moved out here very peaceful neighbors have been very nice owners and everyone have been wonderful. If you’re looking contact them!
A nice mobile home park under new ownership with many improvements made and with more scheduled to be made in 2022.
Matt did an awesome job in helping me find the right home and insured that everything was in working order for me to move in! Thank you so much for the great experience!
