I wish I could leave a zero star because that’s what I would’ve left. It all started when we first got there. There was nobody at the front desk. The manager of the motel was in her office in the back. She yells out to the front saying that she would be out in just a minute fine so I waited when she came out she asked me for her name. I gave her what the reservation was under then from then on she gave me attitude, so I gave her attitude right back to her. We stay in Clinton once a week at the Hampton Inn never an issue. We love it over there this motel room was disgusting. We went in after getting our keys. We went and went to our motel room it’s stunk in there like musky, wet smell. It was disgusting I didn’t even want to take my shoes off and walk around and my socks so luckily I did pa

The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy parking, fitness room and a pool! Breakfast was really good. Many upgrades had been done. Would definitely stay here again. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

When we got to settling into the room, we found multiple bugs in the bed. We were not able to absolutely confirm they were bedbugs, but we didn't stick around to find out. We immediately packed our things and left.

1. Mold in bathroom ceiling LARGE patches of it. 2. The whole room smelled like mold. (Wet cardboard ) 3.Air never got cold. 4. No hot water in the shower 5. Beds were very uncomfortable 6. Outlets at desk were off leaving me unable to work. And no light for that side of the room (due to outlets) 7. Biting lady bugs and other flying bugs all over the interior window. 8. Exterior hall door to the outside did not shut completely allowing for anyone on the street to enter the backside of the hotel. Which was unsafe and terrifying!

Water was contaminated from a watermain break , but we were not told about that at checkin. We couldn’t even brush our teeth let alone shower. The lock on the door of one of the rooms was broken so the door could not be locked. No apologies or offer to change rooms, just “it’s not our fault the watermain broke. We won’t be staying there again!
