It's the worst hotel experience in my life. I checked in the hotel around 11pm. The first room assigned to me smelled ****. The hotel manager arranged me the second one; it was still the same. The manager assigned me to a 3rd room on the other side of the hallway, which was slightly better. In reality, the 3rd room also smelled **** on the next morning. I guessed the sewer pipe on 3rd floor was broken.The whole experience was so disastrous. I moved out immediately on the next day. It just ruined my trip.

I had a fine experience here. If I had one wish is that they would clean the windows to better enjoy the view. The reception desk was slow to get to me but they were nice. The best part of the hotel is the Belvedere Lounge on the second floor. I wish they promoted it better—enjoyed very nice meal there.

Great location for Chinese food and community. Hotel is kind of run down but it’s the best you can get for walking distance. Bed is great, very comfortable. It would be much better if it has hard floor, instead it has carpet, and it’s quite dirty (my toddler is walking barefoot and his feet literally turns black)

We were two female guests staying at the Lincoln Hotel. Late at night, a strange adult male used a key card to unlock and enter our occupied room, claiming that the front desk had sent him to “check the room.” This occurred while we were inside the room. A middle-aged man knocked on the door only once and unlocked it at the same time. The door was opened at the moment of the knock, without allowing any reasonable time for a response. Under these circumstances, this cannot reasonably be described as a standard knock-and-wait procedure, nor as a misunderstanding. We were extremely frightened by this sudden and unauthorized entry and left the hotel immediately that night without staying.
