Liberty Inn

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The floor was gross, shower was gross. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent and what little pressure they had, would shut off while you were using it if someone else in the hotel turn on theirs. And last but not least, bedbugs! Yep. I stayed on this bed for only 3 hours and was torn up. I even found one crawling on my arm after biting me. Needless to say we left. I had to wash any dry everything on the highest heat setting before I went into my new hotel room. Which is much better. Please for the love of God, do not stay in this hotel.

We were traveling through on our way to Florida and decided to get a place to stay for the night. This was the least expensive out of the three choices in the area. The rooms need a drastic redo, the walls needs to be painted, a darker shade to block out the sunlight behind the curtains need to be added and the bathroom needs to be completely redone. It's an older hotel, with no continental breakfast offered but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it served it's purpose of letting us rest for the evening before we continued on with our trip. The guy checking us in was funny, I asked if he gave a military discount or any type of discount and he politely told me no and that they were already at their lowest rate. No one bothered us during our stay and the only problem we had was

The room looked clean but it the smell was awful. The room had not been aired out in sometime. The smoking rooms should be situated on a row by themselves. I went back and got my own sheets, pillows and blankets. Internet speed lacking. Good enough place to sleep and that's it. For the price it should be more....

I stayed for one month while working at the Vogtle nuclear plant (21 miles away). The location appears to be in a very safe area and I never saw anything to be considered a security concern. This is an older motel, but it was kept up nicely. The room was clean and comfortable and included a nice sized TV, free WiFi, microwave and refrigerator (no freezer). One surprise was that it did not have a closet or any place to hang clothes. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job, but there was no housekeeping services in the evening (I was working the night shift). The owner seemed rude as he never smiled or said thank you and rarely spoke, but he did give me break on the room after being there a couple of weeks. If I return to the plant again I will probably stay here again.

I had to stay several days in town so I didn't have the maid change my sheets or towels or even clean my room and on the last day the owner gave a slight discount. The room had WiFi, which wasn't very fast, coffee, cable, Iron and board shampoo, the shower worked very well. It was your basic motel with some extras......not a bad deal at all
