Hampton Inn Waynesboro

Very clean. Rooms were very nice and clean. Beds were decent not the best but definitely not the worst. Spacious room and bathroom. I love the products they provide. Its the zero brand and they smell so good. The entire room smells like it when you opened the door. Very nice. The bathroom was big with plenty of room for dressing. Cleanliness in most important to me and they passed that test with flying colors. Very friendly staff. Kinda expensive and they weren't flexible on pricing, but I'm sure they were just doing what they were allowed. The girl that checked us in did say that we could sign up for their rewards program and it would help a little. So we did. Id definitely stay again and recommend

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this Hampton while in town for a family wedding. The location is next to a highway, so there is some road noise, but not bad. The grounds around the hotel have simple landscaping, and parking was a bit crowded because some work was being done on part of the lot so spaces were cordoned off. Check-in was friendly and efficient in an attractive lobby. The King Studio room had a wet bar with microwave and fridge, and there was a small seating area with couch and 2 ottomans. The room overall was clean, although the bathroom showed obvious signs of wear, and the shower needed to be re grouted. Made my reservation about a month ago, checked in, got some take out and after watching tv for a while my wife and I went to sleep. Woke early and returned my key card. My room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Even if I was a complainer,  which I am not, I could not have found anything to complain about. This isn’t my first time staying at a Hampton Inn and if I ever have the need to travel out of town again and a Hampton Inn is in the area that is where I will stay.

First of all, I would like to comment on the room itself. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. I was especially impressed with the pantry area provided below the television. Secondly, the staff were very accommodating and you could tell they took their jobs seriously and went about their tasks with a smile on their faces. I was there with my daughters and grandchildren having a mini family reunion. If we need a hotel again in Waynesboro we will certainly return to The Hampton Inn. Thanks for making our stay a weekend to remember. Oh, and thanks for ordering the snow. We were celebrating a late Christmas and you made it a white one. That's what I call above and beyond service.

Worst Experience I have ever had. This Specific Hilton was listed on booking.com. I through a travel agency booked a reservation. A blizzard hit my city, and I attempted to cancel the entire trip. I got the travel agency to go through booking.com and cancel the reservation. They requested a cancellation and this Hilton Failed to respond to booking.com. I then called Hilton and they told me that my reservation was indeed canceled and the cancellation fee was waived. The NEXT day i got a $715 charge from them and they informed me there is nothing they could do despite being told from a Hilton represent that the cancellation fee was waived. Absolutely a terrible experience all around. Thank you Hilton.
