Holiday Inn Express & Suites Arcadia by IHG

First of all I want to thank Jasmine, robberina, and the person who was there in the afternoon. They were so helpful. When we arrived Jasmine greeted us and welcomed us, told us about everything. The only thing that I was worried about was there was no tub mat in tub very slipper. But everything else was awesome. We will definitely be back.

My stars here are solely based on personal experience for the staff and not for the hotel itself. Who knows? Maybe they'll pass their IHG inspection first try this year time will tell, it's all public knowledge.. a real pool certification couldn't hurt either but as we know ,anyone that gets a CPO certificate is automatically responsible for anything including injury or death that happens on property, not the hotel or it's owners.. ( Google it)

It was my first time staying in this hotel. Everything was good my kids love it specially the free coco that for me was a WIN 🙌🏼 no the location is so weird BUT a plus because you forget anything you just walk to Walmart or almost any fast food restaurant 😃 I go want to mention when i arrive the clerk in the hotel was amazing he was helpful and polite right made me feel comfortable is really important to because when they start a friendly conversation because I am very paranoid about stay outside my house. This just made me and my family more comfortable staying here Thank you holiday inn “Mr. Keshawn”

Positive: The customer service was great and I would rate them and the service a 10 out of 10 Negative: At the price that I paid for the 2 nights stay the appearance and cleaness of the hotel was a 6 out of 10. The hotel was undergoing repairs and maintance therefor there was material, buckets and tool all over. In certain places I felt it was also unsafe.

Everyone was so pleasant. We stayed 1 night had breakfast that was also good. Thanks for making it a comfortable stay
