Nice quiet place. Great pool. Lots of wildlife and flowers. Love this place, everyone keeps to themselves but keep an eye out for one another.

We've lived here for 22 years. Still don't know many of my neighbors. Quiet for the most part. Lovely community center and pool.

This place is a wonderful place to live. Most of us are country and We Live and Let Live. Don't steal from us there's cameras all around. We take care of one another. I've been here 16 years and the place is awesome. The pool area is beautiful and if we can get more done with the kids area it wouldn't even be better. To know that you have a place to have parties and it doesn't cost it's pretty amazing. They keep it so nice.

I loved living in this Park and looking into moving I would choose this park very friendly lived there 3yrs left my ex husband Which still lives there. Looking for a rental or rent to own. Need our own place kinda over living with roommates. Lived at 6099 136th Ave N 3yrs ago can't find my landlord's number Bill? They lived by the pool?

I think it's the nicest mobile home park in Pinellas county for the price, you own the land here and it's very quiet big lots of nice neighbors, as a big pool.
