Leavenworth Local Hotel

I was excited (and slightly nervous) to stay in a non-traditional (chain) hotel and it was be BEST decision I made in a while! The staff was beyond helpful! Our flights were extremely delayed and we were exhausted from our travel, they helped us with our luggage and walked us to our rooms so we didn't have to look or follow signs! They gave us our keys and waited while we tried them to make sure there was no problem there either! The beds were so comfortable I felt like I was melting away. The rooms were so clean I didn't wear my shoes the entire time, like I do in chain hotels. I love good water pressure in a shower and it was heavenly! Location is perfect for visiting Leavenworth. I booked and paid for a last minute room via Expedia and got a good deal, however on arrival I realised I was in a room in the basement with no window so it made sense that it would be so cheap! The receptionist on arrival was really helpful and kind however I realised after I checked out that she also charged my card again rather than place a hold. When I realised I was in a different state and so I contacted the hotel immediately by email and Instagram and they have still not replied. I raised an issue via Expedia and they struggled to reach the hotel to begin with, but then received confirmation that I had been charged again in error and would be refunded immediately. It has been nearly 2 weeks since I checked out and I have still not receiv

I was really impressed with the customer service. The rollaway bed was really useful. The gym and activities were amazing and we were happy with the water pressure of the shower. Incredible value for the money. The manager and front desk personnel went out of their way to take care of us — we gave them some flowers to say thank you. Excellent service and comfortable heat and beds!

Great concept. Could use an elevator (steps are very small, not great for taller people or anyone with a disability). We stayed on the 3rd floor and could not figure out what the smell was in our room until we walked the floor. There was an Asian family cooking multiple meals with their door open. It looked as if they lived there and based off the take out containers, were possibly running some sort of take out door dash type operation out of the hotel. And were stinking up the entire 3rd floor. All the rooms have a large gap under the door so whatever they were cooking was wafting into all the other rooms. Speaking of, ours had glitter all over the floor and body hair on the shower. Along with a big dirty shoe print right in the middle of the shower floor. It appears as if several people

I loved this hotel! They definitely decorated well, and I loved the atmosphere. I had a room in the basement, and it was so peaceful I slept for 12 hours! It was neat to have a bar upstairs that you could hangout and meet people at as well, local and traveling.
