Hampton Inn Leavenworth

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Leavenworth and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and extremely well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and spotless, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping is attentive and consistent, which really adds to the overall quality. The staff deserves a special mention: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Great unexpected staycation spot (plumbing issues at home). Clean place with lots of in-room perks, very friendly staff (we shared plumbing explosion stories over check-in), and a waffle station at breakfast, couldn't ask for more. Also, I accidentally reserved a mobility/accessible room, so this was the first time I had a tub in a hotel room in YEARS.

Positive: not very friendly, unwilling to accommodate and make changes will not recommend to anyone beware Negative: unfortunately, I had accidentally made the reservation at the wrong location. The organization was very unwilling to make any accommodations or changes. Customer service was terrible not personable at all very direct and a matter of fact.

Not a bad little place. Price was reasonable. Staff was super nice and addressed any concerns we had. Breakfast offerings we ok. Over all a good stay.

An excellent place to stay with clean, spacious rooms and immaculate bathrooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is well-maintained, offering a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and business center for the convenience of all guests. Breakfast is satisfying and sufficient to keep you energized through the morning. The front desk staff, especially the lady who assisted us, was polite, friendly, and attentive to our needs. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a comfortable stay in Leavenworth.
