This has been the worst experience of my life. I would never recommend anyone to get any timeshare. I've been going through so many financial struggles for years. This place is quick to lie and put things so nice for you to purchase, especially holding you up in their office for 3hrs with your child until you purchase something. When you tell them that you are financially struggling and need them to take or sell back the timesheet they will refuse. They tell you, "that's your problem. We don't buy back the timeshare." They treat you like garbage. It is cheaper for you to rent a hotel than actually having this timeshare that you will be paying so much money and not actually able to use it. They have used all my credit cards to charge this timeshare without carrying your financial and

Avoid utilizing Lando Resorts for a timeshare. There are other companies that are flexible with payment options. Also, inflexible in moving home share to another location. Currently looking to sell to try another timeshare organization.
