Bedding was dirty thankfully I brought my own comforter the heat was barely working. The pool area was clean and fun but no towels in sight the staff was friendly. Note to self make sure you ask for a room far away from elevators,on top of the mattress being hard as bricks sleep was non existent. I wouldn't book again an I don't recommend.

We enjoyed our stay, the weather was cold and rainy however the indoor pools was extremely warm, check-in with Ermina was great, staff was very helpful. Our room was big and clean and it came with a Pac-Man game, my grandkids had a ball. The location of the resort is close to everything there's a Walmart 2 blocks away, I would highly recommend Landmark Resort to be included in your vacation planning 😊😊

Positive: So clean and had so much fun that comes with the resort itself, not to mention it is on the beach, I think I could have stayed there forever.... Negative: Didn't have a map of the hotel ,its a huge place an i had trouble at first getting around, but the staff walked me around to show me to get to my room, after I asked them.

The Landmark is an older resort that needs updating. I visited for a business conference. The room was dated but clean and very quiet. The front desk was polite and helpful . The price was extremely reasonable. I would stay there again

This place is huge, and pretty overwhelming to try to navigate when you first get there. The room was comfortable and met our needs. There are indoor rooms and outdoor rooms. We had an outdoor room which probably wouldn't have been an issue in the summer, but we were there in the off season, during a snow storm, and so the walk to the lobby was very chilly and slippery. The downside to indoor rooms would have been that there were SEVERAL rooms that smelled strongly of weed, and that would have been hard to ignore without the breeze. The resort itself could have been cleaner and better updated, but I was in a room managed by an Airbnb owner, so if I could stay in that same room, I would stay here again next time I visited.
