Lancaster Inn and Suites - Hotel in Manheim PA

actually so disguisting. the hotel was dirty and we weren't allowed to leave our rooms after 9 pm very weird. also a friend found an inappropriate adult toy under there bed. smells very bad and the entire hotel was so dirty and disgusting. i wanted to throw up.

This was in a beautiful location, just off of the main road. You're close to businesses/shopping, but you feel like youre in the country.|The breakfast was free, just very basic and minimal, which was fine.|My biggest problem was the cleanliness of our room. I always check really well for bed bugs. There were none of those thank goodness, but for some reason there were MULTIPLE spots of dried blood all over the bed sheets. There was alao just a lot of dirt and grim in various places. I did let the front desk know. They apologized.

The location is convenient to many of the Lancaster County sites, including Lititz, Manheim, Bird In Hand, Paradise and Ephrata.|Our visit coincided with construction activities, but the hotel and the workers did their best to minimize any impact on our stay.|The registration desk agent, Marvin, was exceptionally helpful, making us aware of the construction and resolving a potentially catastrophic miscommunication between Priceline and the hotel about the pet we brought along. Marvin made some calls and was able to ensure that our small dog could be accommodated. Marvin also alerted us to an athletic tournament in the area that could impede parking. He provided multiple parking options, which were all very viable and sensible. However, having been alerted, we opted to use a ride-share

Positive: Convenient location near the city of Manheim, not too far from Lancaster. Friendly people. Negative: Door was not working properly but it wasn’t nothing I couldn’t handle. Any elderly persons would have had a very hard time with it.

Marvin was the man who checked us in and he was incredible, such a sweet person and such amazing customer service. It really made our visit that much better. He deserves all the praise for his hard work, and I hope he continues to thrive at this hotel.
