Comfort Suites Manheim - Lancaster

Had a very pleasant stay. Staff was very pleasant and hotel was extremely clean. My granddaughter loved the Indoor pool, which was great to kill some time after dinner. Also served breakfast which was plenty for us.. overall I would definitely stay here again.

HUGE shout out to Tyler who not only canceled our reservation the day of, because they oversold the hotel but also lied about it, throwing another employee under the bus and leaving her to clean up the mess. $300 is gone and is a fight to get back. I appreciate it, Tyler! They price gouged terribly because it was an event weekend at Spooky Nook. For the lack of cleanliness and the state of the rooms, it's not worth $200+ per night. (Was charged $300 for Saturday night and $200 for Sunday). The only positive is that it's very close to the event space so it's convenient for early call times. But next year, we'll find somewhere else unless they get their pricing under control.

Location was ideal. Overall condition was excellent. The breakfast offering was, to me, exceptional. Sara(h) at the front desk was always a delight to speak with. Room was well appointed, roomy and quiet. The room AC/Heating was working perfectly. Unfortunately, the microwave handle and Keurig were broken (but not a complete showstopper). The pool was closed for maintenance, but this wasn't an issue since we wouldn't have had time to use it. The exercise room looked nice but once again, time did not permit.

Cleanliness, hospitality and close proximity to SpookyNook are all reasons for my decision. The room was very nice with the high ceilings. Complimentary breakfast was delish! I had no complaints. It was a great experience. Kudos to the staff…thanks for a great stay!!

Stayed 2 nights as a group of friends with young children and babies and the rooms were quite comfortable with excellent soundproofing between the rooms. We were completely unable to hear a crying baby in the room next to us until we went into the hallway. If you want peace of mind knowing you won't have to hear your neighbors and they won't hear you this is the place to stay. I have never experienced better soundproofing in a hotel in this price range.
