Very roomy and clean. Good functioning stove/oven. Well maintained. Steep steps to enter some lodging. Loved being near the lake for easy access fishing.
We come here at least once a year. Have stayed in the cabins and "The big house". All are great for the price range. Property is kept nice, friendly community, and even a game room.
I HAVE STAYED AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT MANY TIMES OVER THE LAST 20 YRS. IT HAS BEEN THROUGH SEVERAL OWNERS AND HAS HAD IT'S UPS AND DOWNS. THE LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME WITH A MIDLAKE LOCATION QUICK ACCESS TO BIRCH CREEK, PENSION, LITTLE MUSTANG, WHITE OAK BAY AND MORE ALL IN A VERY PROTECTED COVE. THE ACCOMADATIONS LEAVE A LITTLE TO BE DESIRED BEDS ARE CHEAP MOBLE HOMES ARE OLD AND LITTLE OUT OF DATE. PARKING IS VERY GOOD NEW OWNER IS VERY FRIENDLY AND IS WORKING ON THE PARK ALL THE TIME I THINK IT IS ON ITS WAY BACK TO ITS FORMER GLORY. IT'S FAIRLY PRICED AND I LOVE THE LOCATION YOU SHOULD GIVE IT A SHOT. BRIAN JOHNSON, MIAMI OKLAHOMA
