Bent Tree Motel

The location was close to where we needed to be the following morning. • The a/c was not working in the family suite we booked plus it was absolutely filthy with bugs in the fridge/freezer and all over the room. The floors had dust balls on them as if they weren't vacuumed, and the shower was leaking and bugs were in the bathroom. We told the staff at the front we would not be staying in that room and we would be requesting a full refund for that room for 2 nights and would pay for the other room. They didn't refund us, refused, and lied saying that's not what we agreed on AFTER they agreed to it. We also booked a non smoking room with accessibility due to a knee injury, and they didn't not even bother giving us a non-smoking room or an accessible accommodating room. Crappy service, lying

Positive: The location is close to my events. Negative: The outdated carpet. The hair dryer with a broken plug (133). The low water pressure in my first room (114). The really bad coffee and Styrofoam cups! The outdated telephones in both rooms I had.

As someone who has stayed in the bent tree for over 20 years, I’m very disappointed. The rates are crazy for a non upgraded motel. $114/night on site but advertised price is $72 online. The new California manager says the are up charging so that they can do upgrades. So what you are telling me is that you are charging for amnesties that you DO NOT have, make it make sense. For what we paid for our 2 night stay, we could have went up the rd to the Best Western and gotten breakfast and pool access and saved another nights stay. As a long time patron of the Bent Tree, this is my last stay and the last dime they will ever get from my family. Best hotel I've ever stayed at!! The owner is very guinuine, kind and goes out of his way to help with what you need. I was in a dire situation and needed a place to stay immediately and he was able to accommodate me as soon as possible and extend the nights as needed. The hotel is very clean and everything works well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Brought our family to Bent Tree during the cold snap. We got the family suite for a couple nights. When we arrived everything inside the suite was completely clean. The staff is super friendly. The location @ the corner of 276 and 69 is excellent. There's a ton of places to eat close by. We will definitely be back. Thanks Bent Tree
