This place is absolutely amazing the owners are the most humble people i have ever meet, the place is gorgeous inside and out, the rooms that have jacuzzis tubs in them are just icing on the cake. The cabins in the back are like mini apartments. The place and history are worth spending the night, and you just might have a paranormal experience 😉 and Dark Echoes paranormal show on Amazon prime is coming there next year to film.

Amy could not have been more welcoming. We had a choice or accommodations and stayed in the main house. The pictures online don't do it justice. It's homey, beautifully maintained and comfortable bed! Good coffee in the AM with half and half was appreciated. Our small dog was welcomed and loved! We hesitated to stay here because it's on the main road, but once inside, it's quiet and so wonderful. And really we were there to be outdoors and explore so it did not matter. Kayaks on the water a big plus, but we didn't get to use them. And did I say Amy is really wonderful?! Don't hesitate, stay here.

This is our second visit to the Lakeview Inn. It’s wonderful! Comfortable rooms and this time we are in a cabin. It’s perfect! The owners are fabulous too! We appreciate how rustic it is. Lots of charm. Comfortable and really don’t need a thing extra! Very reasonable. Grateful for all of this! We hope to come back. If we do we are absolutely staying here!!

My wife and I were looking for a nice quiet getaway with our kids to enjoy the Adirondacks. Lakeview Inn hit the spot! We stayed in the hillside cabin which sits near a fire pit looking over the rest of the property. it fit myself, my wife, and our two young girls with ease. from here, it is literally a one-minute drive from a few restaurants, small shops, and a small beach on Schroon Lake. Unfortunately, the vacation had to end... but we are already planning another trip up here soon, and this will be our spot to stay for sure. 110% recommend
