Very friendly and helpful manager staff very clean has washer and dryer on site has showers if needed pet friendly has other stuff including very quite park

Have a friend who lives here, and If you are not a person with a lot of money then you might consider moving here. But don't expect the owner to fix things that are broken. Your on your own. He was notified several times about problems that were going on and He did nothing. Plus some of the tenants need to clean up their spaces.

My friend recently moved into one of the furnished RV'S after couple days too week realizes it is infested with bedbugs. After contacting the ower/manager only thing he did was buy a bedbug bed cover and bedbug spray. She is a 62 year old woman fighting cancer on a set income with no-way to replace any of the already furnished furniture. Manager has no intent on fix the problem. After talking with other RV renters she finds out the RV she rented isn't the only one with bedbugs.

I have been living here for 16 years plus and in the last year since the new owner took over the property as become more quiet and safe. The property is well maintained. I recommend you check it out for your self.

I had a flat tire out front but I know this place. They rent old small RV s great if you're not able to afford, or transient but not great in some other ways.
