Very run down bugs coming at u from all directions both day & night. No water pressure, electrical fuses kept blowing. Still ended up not having electric on the one wall which left me with no kitchen or bathroom lights or outlets & only one window air unit that worked. Mold in the a/c units. My first wk was there was record setting temps in the low to mid 90's in October. My first visit to Florida was so inconvenient & uncomfortable. Did not enjoy or relax.
REALLY GREAT ATMOSPHERE, PERFECT PLACE TO CALL HOME FOR YOUNG ADULTS STARTING A FAMILY. MHP IS LOADED WITH CHILDREN VERY MUCH KID FRIENDLY. --- REALLY GREAT MANAGEMENT TEAM AND MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES, VERY GREAT AT HELPING THIS PLACE BE MY HOME... ALSO ITS JUST WITHIN 100 FEET OF THE HISTORIC AND RATED AS ONE OF THE BESTS, ORIGINAL GARY'S OYSTER BAR
Property owners are slum lords. Refuse to fix any issues because he doesn't want to put out the money for repairs. Would've been 0 stars but had to choose the 1 star.
Location is great for a quiet vacation away from to busy city life. The service was wonderful and very timely. The rooms were very clean and spacious and beautiful.
