Friendly Rv Park

This review is based on two visits to purchase something from a resident. This is NOT a camping site. It has NO amenities. Every trailer or RV or pull behind camper here has been here for a LONG time. Most or probably all RVs are not driveable, most or all campers/trailers are not roadworthy. The owner of the property is a slumlord. I would assume that very few of the people who live here are not on Medicaid (I'm not judging them). It is a dirt poor neighborhood. The first time I went I was approached by several people who would not tell me where the lot number I was given was located - they pretended they did not know (there might be 20-25 trailers, RVs, etc in the entire place, so everybody knows where every lot is). One person suggested I park in a dirt space but as I looked around it

Hey are there any sites/ lots for sale under 4k and how about rentals do they offer extended stays? 6months or a year lease? Are they kid friendly and will they allow a 2005 keystone hornet 31ft I purchased it from a second hand dealership last week. Lot time is up there I need something asap. it's rather lovey everything works .

Needs new new management, the new manager wanted us to hound him down for the bill and when we asked for the bill and how much it was he didn't respond and then he tried to charge us late fees for not paying the bill even though he never gave us the bill to begin with so that we could pay him.

Quiet place. Mostly long term residents. Manager stays out of your hair and the laundry room is a nice plus.
