Lake Powell Canyon Inn - Page

The room is okay for the price. I was more scared after reading those reviewers' reviews than I was after seeing it in person. It's an old place, good for sleeping for a while.The bed was comfy. The microwave is accessible on the second floor. Check on is in a strict timeframe, 4-8pm. No breakfast. I don't see any issues considering the price.

BEWARE!! We booked 2 rooms and NEITHER of them had HOT WATER at 30F temperature! Front desk is not available to accomodate since they are not 24hr. I did not expect much and was ok with filthy beds and molds in bathroom but having no hot water seems to be a recurrent issue in here as seen in May & July 2025 reviews. Please carefully choose a better option even if this seems like a good deal at a cheap price. If you are going to book anyhow, make sure you check for hot water & heater before the office closes.

Positive: We ended up going to a different hotel Negative: Sign outside said “free breakfast “ tho it was not available. When we asked staff she said “sign was old!” Old, not attractive building. Internet and tv didn’t work. Decided to stay somewhere else but wouldn’t give refund.

Good location. Noise from bar adjacent to hotel very noisy. Also the air con was like a jet engine. Nice pool area to the rear of the hotel, but we couldn’t use the patio doors to gain access to it.

Honestly this is good. Stayed at the end of December in 2025 for a night, and it was the second hotel in Page (which was much more expensive), but their towels and amenities were actually dirtier than Canyon Inn. Canyon Inn cleaning staff does a great job, and if you can handle a motel format (btw with a cool sliding glass door to a garden and pool sitting area), minor scratches here and there, save the money and go here. Wish we'd booked this place for 2 nights tbh. Recommend!
