Lake Point Campground & RV Resort

Such a friendly, beautiful little place. It has a small, picturesque lake. The people run the place beautifully and sincerely try to make your stay enjoyable. They take care of any problems as quick as possible. They are so very nice. The little cabin I stayed in was lovely. It had a large picture window to the lake, and that view was beautiful. It was quiet, they had such nice people staffing it, and staying there. It was extremely well run. And reasonably priced, much more affordable than hotels in the area. I enjoyed it immensely. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Our site was pleasantly located on the lake. Restrooms were old but clean, and everything worked.||The five stars: While on a one night stopover, our cat slipped out of our RV and vanished. We stayed for three days, searching and calling for him before giving up and going home to New Mexico. But the management did not give up, and after a couple of sightings and six weeks, they managed to capture him and keep him safe and comfortable and safe until we could come pick up the little guy who makes up a third of our family. Then they refused the reward we had offered. We cannot say enough good things about Randy and his great crew.

We had a very nice stay over Christmas week. The park is kept up well and the service is very good. There is room for the dogs to stretch their legs. It is conveniently located.

24 hour laundry only if you already have quarters. No change machine in the secure laundry room. The staff wasn't very nice to my husband when he asked about getting quarters. The lake wasn't very nice for swimming but a nice walking trail around the lake. Under new ownership so prices on the website for the old name/owners are less than what you'll pay with the new owners. Mediocre RV campground with very tight spots.

Enjoyed my stay here and if I find myself working in the area again I'll call them first. The staff was super helpful and the place is upgrading and expanding. Thank you Brian I
