We had such a great time staying at Canyon Springs Resort RV in Caldwell! The place was super clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Idaho views .. we’ll definitely be coming back!

Tried to get a nice spot for my mom. Moving from another state she wanted something quiet. Thought this would be the perfect spot. Front desk said they would work with me yet the manager worked against me and didn’t give me a time of day to tell her what was going on. She just simply denied the application and said she doesn’t have to discus it any further. Spots must be for the rich and famous. Never been denied a spot at a camp ground. They need more classes on being ethical and professional

We are still working out getting a long term spot but the lady Dana at the office is just so nice and helpful, we really enjoy working with her.

The distance to anywhere is far, but that's what makes it quiet and lovely. No major traffic noise. The people there are an interesting lot. Some super nice and some straight up sketchy. The overall on this place for me is it felt like home with some weird neighbors. I would use them again.

Had a similar experience as another reviewer here (Amanda A) reported. Tire alert went off on the freeway, we pulled off. The first safe place to stop was the outer parking area (just inside) at this "Resort". Tire was losing air fast/hissing, so pumping it up wouldn't have worked. An older man with a badge indicating "security" came up to us, wanted to know if we were guests there. We explained, no, we were having an emergency. He told us we needed to leave right away. We explained again. He insisted, then walked away. He returned and said the same thing a couple of times, finally left us alone. Notably, we were parked near the clubhouse. We were not blocking anything, we did not take up "the last spot". We did not access their facilities/services in any way other than being pa
