Rooms are clean and spacious and fully equipped with all the essentials including but not limited to Comfy beds dressed with crisp clean linens, high tech TV's with a wide selection of channels, efficient a/c and heat unit with clean filter, upgraded bathroom fixtures with excellent water temperature controls and water pressure, an ample sized closet with plenty of storage space, separate large sink and Kitchenette area with coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and ice bucket and beautiful wood floors. I stayed at this hotel with my family over Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The property is very nice and affordable, making it a good choice for families. However, the front desk service could be improved, as the reception experience did not meet expectations.

A solid japanese scale 4-stars. Nice, clean, relatively well inspected and maintained. Mr. Abishek is a great successor as the owner of this old hotel, i was gladly impressed.

Property is located a half block off the "Main Street Experience" of McCulloch Blvd, about a mile up from the London Bridge. The deceiving exterior appearance is of an "old school" motel, but it is actually well maintained for its apparent age. Secure front and back doors to most rooms, which is actually quite convenient. Large, relatively modern rooms with in-room coffee, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. It also had a flat screen TV, a desk like table, a round sitting table, two sitting chairs, two nightstands, and a king-size bed. The interior courtyard has a large, very clean pool with a good-sized deck area and lounge chairs. I saw a basketball hoop, as well, on the other side of the courtyard. The property was VERY inexpensive, not "cheap"!!! (Kind of off-season, but full on "snowbird"
