Lake Guntersville Bed & Breakfast

This place was just I needed for a romantic birthday weekend trip. The historic home was very warm and charming with spectacular views of the lake. Not to mention the breakfast was so delectable! We will return in the Summer for another season perspective.

We had a very pleasant stay. Our host Tiffany was a delight. She loves making breakfast and it shows! The eggs and french toast were delicious. Tiffany’s homemade blueberry compote was an unexpected pleasure. The historic old building has so much preserved character and the views from the second floor balcony are beautiful. They are in the midst of renovating some of the rooms and what we saw looks amazing. our room, The Lavender room was quaint, clean, and had a subtle scent of lavender. My only issue was with the small shower. Tiffany acknowledged that they will be looking at remodeling this in the future. Tiffany gave us a warm welcome and shared so much about the history of the B&B and town. We had wonderful conversations about what motivated her to own this historic B&B and her passio

My husband and I stayed here and it was perfect!! It was comfortable, charming, and in a great location! Each night we walked down to City Harbor (less than a 5 min walk away) and enjoyed the restaurants with the gorgeous view of the lake. In the mornings we would get coffee at the local coffee shop down the street, and bring it back to the BnB and sit on porch looking out at the amazing view. Our room was fantastic, and it was really nice to have a community kitchen with cold waters readily available. We also loved having fireplaces in both the bathroom and the bedroom of the room 'Lucinda'. Tiffany and Chris were so nice and gave us a very warm welcome. Overall- highly recommend!!!

Our stay could not have been more perfect. We stayed in the Library and it was amazing. So spacious and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly - the fireplace, the lighting, the bathroom. Every detail was thought through. We loved the sunset boat cruise. Chris was the best captain and storyteller. Hawk worked so hard as the first mate. And the lake is beautiful. Tiffany's culinary skills are unmatched and the breakfast both days was delicious. We look forward to staying again.

Our new favorite getaway spot! Love love love everything about this amazing place! Tiffany and Chris (owners) were so nice and accommodating! I feel so rested and relaxed after staying the weekend! The homemade breakfasts were absolutely delicious! Our huge kind size bed was super comfy! Location was really quiet! Happy Hour, with the homemade Sangria was amazing!! The fireplace in the bedroom and bathroom was the icing on the cake! We took full advantage of both on the cold nights! We stayed in Lucinda. We will be back very soon!
