City Harbor Suites

My wife and I just returned from an incredible stay at City Harbor Suites, and we’re already talking about when we can come back. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed. The location alone is worth the trip — right on the water with beautiful views that make you slow down and appreciate the moment. Our suite was spotless, spacious, and modern, with all the comforts you’d hope for in a weekend getaway. We loved waking up to the peaceful lake views and ending each evening on the balcony just soaking it all in. The atmosphere around City Harbor is perfect too — great restaurants, friendly people, and plenty to do without ever feeling crowded or chaotic. I don't think a "Hometel" requires you have to remove your sheets, start the washer and take out your trash or you will be charged a $50.00 fee. I felt like a 63 year getting punished by my mother for not cleaning her room. We had two couples in the unit. We had to wash our towels because we stayed 4 nights and we only had 4 towels. (I have thick hair and need a separate towel for my hair.) We hand washed our coffee cups and wine glasses. I didn't pack enough dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher for only 8 items a night. The parking lot was full and we had to park next to the curb. loading and unloading was a joke. We had to make sure we were completely dressed at all times no curtains for the large glass sliding doors. Boats and Tiki hut boats were right in front of all the unit

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean when we arrived. Contactless entry was a breeze. We loved the decor and the bed was comfortable - pillows were amazing! We can’t wait to come back when the weather warms up.

My understanding of a Hometel Suites, It's taking off your sheets and starting a load of laundry, taking out the trash or you will be charged $50.00. It was confusing when we arrived after dinner and we had to park on the curb. We had no unload and loading area. The living room had a great view for the guest until you wanted to go and have coffee or need water in the middle of the night. The boaters can see directly into the unit. We did not have any curtains or blinds in the living room. The bedrooms did not have a luggage rack or a dresser in the spare bedroom. This place has the potential to be top notch. We stayed here for Thanksgiving for 4 nights. The laundry closet is adequate except the detergent and fabric softener has nowhere to go. Two pods sit on the washer for you. Where do you put the extra when you start washing clothes? The bedrooms are beautiful.. The bed in the first bedroom is sinking in the middle . Very uncomfortable. We had to improvise to make it to where we could sleep. (don't ask) The staff apologized that the box spring was broken and they would give us 10% off our next visit.😮 The towels and washing clothes sitting on the bed are not practical. They put them there so you know what you have is what staff said. The bathroom needs a shelf on the wall to hold these. Bed Bugs are spread many times when ppl bring them in o
