Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa Building #2

Had room 2806. The elevator equipment room is on the other side of the wall. Every time the elevator moved, we would hear the relays clacking loudly in the bedroom. Not great for sleeping. The furniture in the living area is completely worn out. One beat up couch for a four bedroom apartment. The king size bed sheets were too small for the bed. Parking fills up and you'll be parking behind the building. Your door key won't let you into the exits on that side of the building. Enjoy your walk. Hopefully it isn't raining. The location is pretty decent.

The hotel is in an odd location. I didn't realize it was even the hotel when I first arrived because the building is in a strip mall next to stores at restaurants, like Pizza Hut Express. I thought that it was an apartment complex, at first. However, the rooms are priced reasonably and are decent value if you are staying at the hotel for a short stay or for business. I am not sure I would choose it for a vacation, but, the property is family-friendly and includes amenities such as a pool, complimentary shuttle service to the parks (if you book 24-hours in advance online using the promo code they provide when you check in), and the location is close to a ton of great shopping and restaurants...especially at the nearby outlet mall. Stayed here in April. Staff at check in were so friendly and welcoming. Staff throughout the complex including the shop and pub were really nice. Room was OK, a bit worn and could do with an update. But it was clean and comfortable. Some furniture initially was broken, but after reporting this it was resolved very quickly. To be honest we weren't to fussed as the main thing was it was clean and comfortable. And when you are there for Disney the apartment is there to sleep in not spend days in. Main pool was great for the kids and they loved it. Prices from pool bar a bit pricey to be honest. We had drinks their but no food. There is good facilities onside including a Irish bar which does great food and good prices, a convenience store and right next door designer factory outlet stores. Wil

Location is great, Friendly staff and great price. Pool and pirate ship was fun for the kids. Minor issues with the suite. Locks on bathroom door didn’t work or some doors didn’t latch properly. Which made it a bit awkward. Couch was well used and was sunken in the middle so sitting you got really friendly with your neighbor. LOL

The pictures look nice but dont let that deceive you. Lets start with the inside. The ice maker was broken. We called someone to fix it and after they showed up it remained broken our entire stay. I had to walk down to the Irish pub twice and ask for ice. Then the sheets provided for the pull out bed didnt fit so I had to put the blanket on it and use the smaller sheet to cover my 5 y/o. In the middle of the night the master bathroom toilet started to have loud forceful air bubbles come out of it. Extremely weird but it was very loud!! Then on top of that the room was lit up all night by the street light because the blinds didnt cover the top portion of the windows.
